Alternative route

This course runs from the Lower Engadine up to the Upper Engadine and then returns on the wellknown Puter-Track back to Scuol. The highest point of the race lies at 2'000 meters above sea level, which means that the course can be executed also with cold temperatures (and even snowfall). The length of the courses is designed to reach the original races as good as possible. The long course runs over 110 km and 2'700 m altitude, the middle course runs over 78 km and 1'500 m altitude and the short course counts 47 km and 870 m altitude. The advantage of these course layouts is the fact that the OC can wait relatively long before making a final decision, since the marking and organizing of the course is not too complex. We are convinced that we can offer our participants an attractive alternative in case of a really bad weather forecast.
